Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Excellent company to do business with. I had a furnace that needed to be replaced at a rental home. I received 3 different quotes - one lower than Digrazia. The owner Ugo is so personable and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. I could tell he knows his stuff! A business his father started in Italy many years ago. What I liked about Ugo is he spoke highly of all the people that work for him in a confident and kind way. Mr. Di Grazia and his employees kept my wife and I informed the entire time they were installing our natural gas furnace and they were very professional. It was very helpful that he spoke English and Spanish as I am deployed right now and my wife speaks very little English. I would recommend Mr. Di Grazia to anyone needing any kind of HVAC work done.
