Sent an Email submission to Ugo DiGrazia at 8 AM because my boiler wasn't turning on, got a call back at 8:30 AM. He sent a tech by 9 AM and everything was working great by 10:30 AM. This is the third time I have used him for service and he has always sent someone right away and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. We are looking into installing a central Air/Heat system in the spring and he will definitely be my first call for an estimate. Prices are reasonable and service was quick. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this company. There was a problem with my furnace, ended up needing a new one. The whole process went very smoothly from the moment I called the office to the day it was installed.The woman answering the phone very quickly scheduled an appointment for me. The Estimator was fantastic in explaining everything to me and working with my budget. The technicians were very nice and professional. Have already recommended them.

Great service, very professional workers. Our furnace broke down in the peak of winter and Ugo replaced the furnace and we had our heat back within 24 hrs.

Tenant reported no heat, Ugo DiGrazia Heating-Cooling came quickly and was able to determine the issue. We ended up replacing the entire Broiler unit. They were able to schedule an installation to restore heating to the property as quickly as possible.

Just has service from Ugo Di Grazia. I don't usually trust or rely upon reviews - nor do I ever receive service I deem worthy of writing a review myself. Seeing very positive reviews online prompted me to call. After speaking with the owner directly - he rerouted his technician to come out within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone so we didn't have to wait until Monday. The technician was very friendly and tackled a job which would have taken me half the day - in only 40 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed. Within 10 minutes of the tech leaving, I received a call from Ugo just to make sure I was pleased with the service. Again, I don't usually take the time to write reviews. I'm usually disappointed or feel like I was ripped off by service companies. Ugo Di Grazia will absolutely be my go-to heating and cooling company from now on.
